OPH's long-running 'Site' harm reduction program: needle and syringe distribution, safer drug use supplies, naloxone kits and training, safer-use education and referrals to health/social services. Mobile harm reduction van: 613-232-3232 (collect calls accepted). Note: Ottawa's two CTS sites (Sandy Hill CHC and Ottawa Inner City Health trailer) closed June 2026 after provincial funding suspension; supply distribution continues through OPH and 45+ community partners.
