London InterCommunity Health Centre — Safer Opioid Supply (SOS) Program

Addiction / substance use, Harm reduction · London

Canada's longest-running prescribed safer opioid supply program (operating since 2016), led by Dr. Andrea Sereda. Prescribes pharmaceutical opioid alternatives to the toxic unregulated drug supply within a low-barrier primary care clinic, with wraparound interdisciplinary health and social supports. Genuinely distinct, nationally significant program — but reachable only via the health centre's main line 519-660-0874 (shared with the existing London InterCommunity Health Centre record chc-london-intercommunity).
